Edward Glick, activist, is petitioning the Oregon Medical marijuana Program to add Clinical Depression, Depressive Symptoms, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Severe Anxiety, Agitation and Insomnia to Those Diseases and Conditions Which Qualify as Debilitating Medical Conditions under the Oregon Medical marijuana Act.
