A thread about grilling, smoking and "down home cooking" recipes for weed connisuers and foodies alike.

Here is a recipe the wife and I like to make when were entertaining friends and family.
:Bacon Wraped Jalapeno poppers:
-10 jalapenos cut in half length wise.
(core jalapenos)
-2 pks Philedelphia cream cheese.
(use your hands and glob it in the jalapeno halves, sprinkle with garlic powder)
-1 lb applewood smoked bacon.
(cut in half width wise wrap around cream cheese filled jalapenos, secure with tooth pick)
-Preheat oven to 375'
-Cook until bacon is done
ENJOY!!

Man that pulled pork sounds amazing! One of my favorites is bacon stuffed bacon cheeseburgers. What I do is cut up the bacon into pieces, cook it, then let it cool in the fridge.. once it's cooled down, mix it into ground beef, spice that up however you like.. (I Highly recommend adding Old Bay) shape it into burger patties and grill! MmMmm I'm getting hungry!

I am sure there are a few recipe threads out there but what do you use to put into your food? Butter, oil, tincture? Well you need to know how to make that first then use that to make all that cool stuff.
Butter
Take one pound of trim/air bud and 4 pounds of butter (I use tillamook unsalted) and about one gallon of water.
Combine all three elements in a very large pot. When in the pot the cannabis should be floating just barely. Bring to a hard boil for 15 minutes then reduce heat to a low simmer for 6 to 12 hours depending on what your doing tomorrow. When done take pot off heat and strain through a cloth ( some use cheese cloth I use a double layer of a clean cotton t-shirt {not knew, at least washed 1 to 5 times depending on color}). Strain and put either in freexer or fridge till butter hardens and can be separated from water. At this point you can use in any recipe or you can heat and restrain the butter again to get a better clarified product to work with.

I basically mix some jillybean and chernobyl trim together toss it in a jar with glycerin for a 120 days in a cool dark place shaking and turning everyday. I dont heat it up or keep it in the sun. Patients tell me its potent as hell, only takes a couple drops.
