Orange hairs

Hey guys so I’ve been growing for years now and I’m really getting freaked out lol,I’ve been growing from all different breeders and all different strains I switch to flower this time I did 24 hours dark last time I didn’t anyways the light hasn’t been overly bright and so the pistils are all brown like last time I waited like 3 weeks and nothing no new white hairs,nothing,, just mad I had a rs11 I wanted to polleniate and idk what’s going on it’s happened in separate tents and one was a 5 gal dwc the rest in peat/soil

Sorry,I am trying to figure out why everytime I've switched to flower my plants stigma or the white hairs that pop up are already browned? It's happened 3 different times in soil and hydro,I was curious if any bugs do this? and its all different genetics,I've been growing years and never had this problem

Are these clones you have brought in or plants from seed you popped? I'm just wondering if you could have brought something in buying or trading a clone. I'd take a really good look with a microscope for bugs. The tops kind of look like Russet mite damage I've seen pics of but I've never had them myself so I'm not really familiar with the damage pattern they cause. It could be a number of things so ruling out bugs is
