are you using CFL for flowering? if so which ones are you using, please explain, im trying to get cfl for bloom.

Go to like home depot or such and get cfls in the red spectrum. They have big 65 watt one in the red for like $15 get about 3 per plant or grab a cheap 50 watt hps light at home depot for like $60 good for few smaller plants and cheap
