Optimal flower humidity with led

Keep getting conflicting answers what have experienced led growers found to be best humidity level I usually stick to vpd but wanted to hear views opinions etc

I was at 60 dropped to 50 now I’m being told I should go lower but I don’t wanna dry out the buds and or stress to much they look fire so far

Could also be the genetics too and where they originated from in the world.....some plants do better in higher temps and some lower.

I have always felt that most people say to go lower for flower because someone else told them that, and the person who told them that was probably told the same thing by someone else, etc, etc. But I think most people do it to help avoid bud rot, because they were also aught that high humidity causes bud rot, which isn't true, as bud rot is always caused by stagnant air and nothing more. Anyhow, I ride 65% RH from start to finish, as that slows down the pot dry out period during flower which helps me to water less. Also cannabis plants have evolved to have what is called "facilitated transpiration", so no matter what the humidity is, the photosynthesis process is never effected!

I could well be wrong but I thought rh% was to do with the plants ability to transpire properly/efficiently?

I really hope this is true as with the Evap AC in my house I sit between 70 and 90% rh when it's on and 50 - 60% when it's off but lots of airflow, coming into summer tho its going to be on a lot and I'm about to flip
