Optic Foliar Switch to stop herming plant

I’ve been doing what research I can on using Optic Foliar Switch to stop/reverse a plant from going intersex on me. I think it’s from stress and/or a light leak. As soon as I noticed the issue (day ~30 of flower) I pulled her from the tent and has been on another floor ever since. I’m careful to not cross-pollinate and it looks like I’m good on the other three that were in the tent with her. They’re all still in the room and I’m moving her in and out of sunlight until I can get this figured out.
I purchased a bottle of Optic Foliar Switch locally and they didn’t have the ransport, so for the other 3 I’m planning to use baby shampoo or non-anti-bacterial dish soap in water in place of the Transport as I’ve read it can perform the same function which is to help open up the stomata so the plant absorbs the Switch. Also it needs to be done with the lights on.
Is there anything else I’m missing? I already sprayed down the hermed plant the night I discovered the issue (two nights ago) but unfortunately did it before lights OFF and doused the whole plant rather than just the tops of the leaves. I just inspected it and it looks like the nanners are dried up. Hard to say if any new ones have grown in since the application. But I think I’m going to just keep it separated from the other three until I know for sure it’s not going to pollinate the others. Hoping I can keep it alive until then.
This post is kinda random and rambling but I’m just hoping others who have used it can maybe give a detailed step-by-step instructional on how to use it and a wetting agent with it.
