I see the plant staples so that's a good starting point to spread them out.

You might want to tie and tack them later to get more spread.

You can also LST and top them.

can you stand the smaler lower pots up on to something to give them more light whilst you have the space to do so? your still going to run into space problems. reminds me of my first grow closet, except i had one plant that grew to the light in no time atall, this was before i knew about sativa and indica plants, just couldent understand it lol

I did... Im hoping by the time these small ones are ready to transplant the flowing of the big ones will be done....the big ones will be one month into flower on saturday
 
my opinion is to not touch them anymore....they are starting to flower. ideally , you wanted to train then first and then flower.....you can train in flower but thats too much imo.

Oh i trained them in veg but i took my stakes off during flower but put them back on is all
