Opinions on my Idea

Well, I was thinking about this for a long time and I dont if I should do it.
I have apartment, two bedrooms, electricity included in the rent.
I was thinking about doing around 150 plants in the whole apartment. I have a house, so this is not where im living.

Now, the building has only one electricity clock, so they cannot catch me with usage of electricity. Building has approx 200 apartments. Im on 6th floor.
I dont think there is much of a risk here, except the smell, but sure enough i will try to get rid of it with the odour equipments that I currently have.
I also know supertenants son, but his parents wouldnt know about this, if this helps in any situation.

Now, I want to know what are the biggest cautions growing in the buildings. Basiclly what is the catch, why people dont do it in the apartments? Maybe there is something out there that i dont know about?

Yes i know about that. To be honest, I don't care. I plan to do it for couple cycles and move out. If they charge me for the mould, ok. If not, i guess im lucky.

will the landlord be coming around for any inspections or anything like that? the one big thing about apartments, is that if something bad happens to someone else (i.e. the person above you's toilet clogging and flooding the bathroom) they will have to check urs for water damage. things like that keep in mind.

Think about it is it worth your freedom? It sure wouldn't be mine..

dude yah you could never grow like that in an apartment without begging to get arrested and sitting in jail for years. but if you had say a closet in an apartment that didnt have like the water heater or any "Apartment owned applience" in it and you put a lockabl doorknob on the closet door, then I would say a couple of plants wouldnt hurt


but if there is ever a small fire water leak or what not and they gotta get in that closet then you fucked. life is all about chances

Just seal off the entire apartment, doors etc. Then hook up a couple carbon filters to your exaust out the window.

150 plants in an apartment = Jail

Thats just stupid to even consider. Growing for personal use is a must for many but 150 plants is called cultivation & distributing by the feds. If your in the usa think about 5-20 years and ask yourself if its worth it. If they catch you with over 45 lbs its up to 40 years. Its fucked they put people in prison just for growing some fuckin plants.

And, see that is the only thing i am scared of. Other things dont bother me much, its just you never know if person beside you screw something up and they have to come to you to see if everything is okay.

If you get caught, for the first time, you get a fine plus probation. Most people pull off with just a fine, so its worth it growing it here. 150 plants i would get probation and fine, which to be honest doesnt bother me.

I dont think supertenant would come that often, since they dont really care who you are or what you do as long as you pay them.

Also 2 months ago, they found 49 apartments that were growing weed in one building, without tenants not knowing, and odd thing is, noone was arrested.
