Opinion on plant height and number of nodes?

I have one plant in particular growing under 125 watt CFLs and it is in a 3 gallon pot with Miracle Grow Potting Soil with time released nutes and no other nutes, yet. It is on day 26 (since the start of germination) and it has no stretching at all, but it is only abou 5 1/2 inches, but it has 5 nodes and a 6th forming. Is this good, bad, normal?? Any help would be appreciated.

Im assuming its grown from seed, if so it takes a little longer on the veg phase than vegging from clones. One node per inch is great.

Alright and yeah its started from bagseed, I got it outta my best stash. Anyone know approximately how long it will take to get a foot cuz thats when I'm gonna start flowering. I think it will start growing quicker cuz I have to factor in the slow period from the transplants and all that.

i have a plant 3 1/2 weeks in its only 5 6 in but the leaves are as big as my hand so it depends post a pic so we can tell
