Opening a Dispensary

Dispensaries remain illegal. That's why you don't see many.
Going to the cops and telling them you want to break the law before doing so doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do.

Lol, I bet there would be some double talking cops trying to rope you into saying anything to give them the suspicion needed to kick in your door and raid your house.

If you're gonna do it, research how existing facilities were opened, talk to a lawyer and have the lawyer do all of the talking for you, may it be cops, city council or anyone who may need to be contacted for business licenses etc.

Do not, do anything without a lawyers guidance.

let's say the liberals win a minority tomorrow, how do they plan on passing legislation when the NDP are only talking decrim. could take a while to figure things out and in the meantime I think we will see the dispensary model proliferate across Canada in a big way.

That's a good point. It'd be nice if they could agree on the matter. Mulcair did state that the eventual goal was legalization. Being that there are now legal states with models in place that could be used as an example to perhaps base our future model on, one would hope that the NDP would see that skipping decrim would be a better option

well just like ndp, JT will NOT have it legal the next day, id say 1-3 yrs away, its not that easy to just change all the mj bs and make it legal.
and if ndp get in, they already said start slow and legal will come in time.
what does that mean to you stoners? the same fucking thing in the end!

Don't take it personally, looks like rnr forgot to take his meds again today...

I like the idea but until the laws or at least enforcement of the current laws changes, only thing I'd consider would be an online version of this to keep from being constantly harassed. It's easier to hide an online entity, or more like multiple entities, registered in different provinces or even countries for that matter.

I dont take anything personally...just a fuckin dumb shit thing to say....anyways

Your probably right, but Im not a fan of buying smoke without being able to see and smell it. The first few times anyways.

Good perspective, have to remember that a lot of people still won't buy certain things online, a good marketing program would be in order like a first order incentive discount
