Only being able to work 28 hours per week.

Au contraire my friend. Obamacare is going to force your employer to provide insurance for all full time employees, meaning that rather than incur the expense of providing you compulsory insurance they could reduce your hours to part time. I think that was the train of thought behind the ops original post.
YEs Guy this is correct, I always start with a decent thread asking a legitimate question and it always gets tore 1000 different ways... Not sure if just because I am talking to people COMPLETELY baked out of their minds 24/7 or just completely ass holes. nether the less it is what it is. I do feel like most peoples time who work for a company restaurant will be cut I.E Texas roadhouse, bob evans, golden corral, place like this. While mom and pop restaurant may actually provide the full time employees with insurance but non of use can be sure just yet but we'll see won't we.

Any employer that uses health insurance as an excuse to cut employee hrs, is only driving away good employees. Let them operate with those that stay. You get what you pay for......and their production will suffer........it will only hurt them more in the end.......

My boss pays for medical and dental for me, my wife and daughter. I kick in $70 a week during the season and they pay it in full when I'm laid off in the winter. It cost them 10k according to my last w2. The big problem is greedy employers and a greedy health industry.

My boss is very worried about Obamacare because he has no idea how to comply or what to do. I think that's the real beef right now with most people. No one knows how to proceed. From what I've seen he'll be able to claim tax credits to offset the high costs but it doesn't specify whether they're refundable or not. Just a lot of unanswered questions...

Pipe dream brotha, pipe dream.... Didn't follow through with it. Decided to get a real job and just work, I mean if I put more effort into I believe I could have achieved my goal but oh well ya know? Also I am not exactly sure what girl, since I get on and off RIU so often that I can't keep up, I have another girl now I have only been with her for about a week so I am almost positive it isn't the same one LOL

Only with 50 or more employees. I wonder how that works at a franchise like subway with less than 50. Does it count the everyfranchise or is it a store by store basis which I don't know of any subway that has more than 50. I'm not infering eb works at subway, so don't anyone jump to conclusions.
