This is Dr. VonDankenstine---I got a new email add and changed my password---now I can't log-in under my old acc with the new password---lol---lol---lol... Krusty---great job with the chemo--different strains not only like different ppms of nutes but different ratios as well. Once I get his log-in fig out we can get it all fig out---I love the chemo strain for its medicinal properties(one of my fav indi's) not familiar with cindy... Stumps---keep rocking--I should have this logging worked out shortly---I might get a warning or time out from the mods for the double account but this was the only way I could get back on here-------To the soil question---I really like working with 1/2 coco----1/2 small perlite now--you can still rock organic but at much faster growth rates.---easy the flush----easy to feed--great O2/H2O ratio---I still add dolomite lime but only in flower(more phos uptake availability) you don't need it in veg unless you are using RO and don't add a cal/mag supplement.--I like the coco-blend stumps is using as well but add 1/2 perlite...You can make your own as well1/2peat or 1/2coco with--1/2 perlite----1/8 worm castings---bat guano2tbs/gal-soil----dolomite-lime3tbs/gal soil...sry, i cant rember what ur growing.. if they r 2 diff strains then u cant really compair
those temps are pretty high. I never run the room over 80.My light on temp is 76 and light off temps are 68. Ya may want to add a fan or vent them more to get those temps back down. Well, unless yer run'in co2 then that 90 might be fine. But without the 02 your a tad to warm.
Pepsi Challenge, cool. Got a few 33 days in. Think if I am lucky may just end up with a few like that. Sweet Cola by the way!Maybe we can get Doc to do a grafting school. I'm trying me hand at that now with a chemo/nl cross. We'll soon see
No-Problem sen^ior color--lol---anything to help a friend or 2...WOW is the word,,,,,....Thank u Doc. for this very informative thread...a newbie here ...got to learrn a lot......thank you ..........
i would like to see it doneIf there is some growers with the interest I would be willing to do a grafting lesson with pics-----Post if your interested---I'll post supplies and tools needed...
I have a stripped down version that is less complicated(it's in my book that will be out on 1-01-10) but I will post most of it here if there is enough interest---most growers stay away from grafting but it's fairley straight forward with the proper tools and sterile conditions...i would like to see it done
it says how to do it in my botany book
but never seen it done before
