Hello evryone, I had a question DOC
I just switched my plants to 12/12 and I am using a 400 watt hps. I wanted to know if I used a led green light to folier feed if it would effect there night period, I have never used led (green) for this.

That's why I told you 2 tsp--Cups can vary a few ounces here and there plus the amount of soil you have in it. Your PH should be good!!!----Once in a while the DOC's looking ahead for problems!!!
The green light is great to work around your plants at night. IT will-not effect the light-cycle.

hey doc, what do you make of this. This is the one that sprouted way late like 5 days after the last of the bunch sprouted. messed up growth and that white stuff on the stalk. guessing at least some of this is the soil ph. may have got a shot of nutes at the last feeding. today was just water. As it had been since sprouting.

Thats some funny shit. I've just been around the block more times then I care to admit
. I don't support or recommend anyone under 18 growing MJ but my first grow was long ago, in 2 months it will be 25 years.(the PHOTOTRON was not even out yet). I still to this day love growing and helping people and I don't foresee that slowing down anytime soon.

great thread. im getting my seeds in about a week and will start your techniques.
i think its awesome how keep the monetary aspects in mind and point out that different gear can be purchased at different stages and that to get started is actually very cheap. buying the HPS and ph/ppm meter at once was prohibitive but now that i know i can buy those walmart lights to start i've decided to go ahead and start my first grow.
will you be discussing topping/ FIM at all or is that straying from the basics? reason I ask is becuase im going to plant 5 feminized dutch passion blueberry seeds and ive read on multiple occasions that blueberry needs to be topped to preform to its full potential. thanks

Thank you for the wonderful complement--You are the exact reason I do this!!!.---I understand that everyone has different budgets, but Great MJ can be grown from little to thousands of dollars in costs. You can build your tools as you go. I will be talking about Topping/FIM/Pruning and my own personal technic--- the Slingshot.
