One quick LST question.

How long do I leave the plant tied? Do I leave it tied down the whole time? If I do I'm assuming that whatever you tie it down with would have to be loose enough for the plant to grow in to it in size.

Or do you only tie down for so long and then remove it and then the plant is trained to stay that way???

You have to leave the ties down at least long enough that that the plant is stuck that way

I keep it tied through the whole grow. I often end up adjusting my ties to control how it is growing as well through harvest
