I would,t either there was a guy here in denver that bragged poundage on the internet because he thought it was cool because he was "legallly " growing well guess what the feds picked up on it and made an example out of him it was all over the news here .It,s not legal in the federal government level they can prosocute anyone they want for cultivation.
