One plant problem

My plants are doing well, picture number one. But one plant I am suddenly having problems with, I am thinking I need to repot it?

Could be one or more things.
Burnt tips & edges make me think a bit too much N.
Rust & spots maybe Magnesium or Phosphorous deficiency....
or nute lockout.
A flush may be in order.

I'm really all over with this.

First thinking Nute Burn but maybe Magnesium deficiency. Put a little Epson Salt around water and wait.

Yeah, or pH issues outside of potassium's uptake range.
