One plant pink, others not....all seeds from same mama...thoughts?

Hey all...I know this subject probably comes up a lot, but for some reason I couldn't find one just like this issue.

I have plants from seed about 2 weeks into flowering or so. All the seeds came from the same mother...the same bud to be exact. I only pollinated one bud on this plant during my last grow, using the cluster from one male.

I am growing all the plants in the same soil, using the same nutes, same water source...etc. SO how did this ONE plant start popping out pink hairs while the other 9 are all white?

I'm just curious if this is possible that one seed from the bud could be different from the others or did I get a freak occurrence? I dont know anything about genetics, so I'm hoping someone here can tell me. I'll put up 2 pics....the pinky, and a single example of the others.

Frankly, I think a sneaky stray seed from another source got in there, but I can't imagine how, since I keep the seeds in a container in the grow room. I pulled them from the bud, put them in the container....then straight to the germinating bag once I was ready for the next grow.

I'm just high right? :wall: Sorry if you all have seen this before and I just couldn't find it. They look so different, I bet they aren't even the same strain right?

Some strains, though not all that many of them, are known to have pink pistils, but not all plants of the strain will always have them. It is likely just a different phenotype of the same strain.

It's still early in flower too, your other 9 could turn pink. But Bricktop is more likely to be right about it being a pheno.
