One of three seedlings is overall light green/lime green in color, why?

I got 3 Amnesia Lemons vegging for 3 weeks now.
After the transplant and water with 70% dose of Canna Rhizatonic, the leaves started to curl, claw like.
I'm not sure if the Plagron Grow Mix is too hot, or if the Rhizatonic caused it.

But eversince they sprouted, the AL#2 in the middle has been very pale compared to the other 2.
Is this a deficiency, or all good?

Also what can i do about the curling of the tips?

Claw like leaves if from to much N. Might have a couple things going on with the middle plant. I know pale leaves come from over watering and N deficiency. It could just be a weak plant not sure. It does look like all the plants are getting a little to much N though.

Imo watering with nutes after a transplant is a dangerous idea. I would use vitamine B(superthrive) with water to reduce stress.

Check your humidity levels, I think it might be why the tips are bent downword without scortching.

Also from what I have learned I would chop the very bottom leaves which are submerged in the dirt or touching the dirt off, they will stunt your plant and stress it out.
