Its one of those says I hate being a renter. Water heater tank cracked flooding my basement. The shitty part is the 4 hours it took me to dismember my grow room and the 4 hours it will take me tomorrow afternoon to put it all back together. Im a week away from harvest to top it off. Thank god for fabreeze!!!

I have them in a bedroom closet on a second floor. Landlord was already here to check out the water heater. Hes laid back, not nosey at all. Just a hastle get get my enviroments perfect again but better then him seeing my room 20ft from the water heater lol.

Ill just skip a dark period for my flowering plants because I have moms and veg plants that need light. Not to worried about herming a plant this close to the end. Not enough time for seeds to develope.

Oh ok,I'm planning to get a grow house going sometime next year,I just don't want a landlord dropping by so often, and have to rip all my shit down, and put it back up all the time,I need someone who just wants their rent and to stay the hell away from the house not unless it's a problem that needed to be delt with, some landlords are sometimes nosey, and I don't need that shit.

Thats the way it needs to be if you rent. I normaly only see him when I resign a lease. We just mail him rent and fix small stuff are selfs. I didnt mod the house besides a 5"x8" hole in sheet rock I cut to exhaust a ac. its a 5 minute fix. Otherwise its all tents in a 11x8 room but its a tight fit. Two 4'x4'x7', one 2'x4'x5' and a 3'x2'x2'.

Thats a real bitch huh?

As an owner I get to pay for any damage the water may cause, the clean up, the installation of a new one
and my mortgage.
