I think that's partly just what most women tell cut man (would be like saying size matters to a guy with a small...), and partly what they are used to, and again probably that stupid Sex and the City show (considering the influence on sex toys sales, think what their comments about uncut men put in the minds of many women). Even in an anonymous poll you wouldn't get an unbiased answer. Though I think chopping dicks is wrong in modern time, maybe you're right about that "most" part.
