One healthy plant, another completely sick, need help

I'm growing 2 Autoflowering Skunk#1 in soil under CFL lights which I planted on the same day.

One plant is doing fine and doesn't show any signs of disease, another one has huge brown/yellowing spots on the leaves which feel extremely dry on touch and they are also curling upwards.

There is another clue. Healthy plant doesn't smell at all, sick one has very strong smell. I attached pictures.

Does anyone know what is wrong? Do you think it is chance of sick one infecting the healthy one? Thanks for help.

Soil is mix of peat, coco peat, humus, dolomite lyme powder and rubble.

I'm using liquid fertilizer which has macro nutritents NPK ratio of 8:4:4 and it also contains micro nutrients iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, molybdenum.

Soil and nutes are the same for both plants.

I had a very similar looking problem on my first soil grow. Mistook it for a cal/mag def (which it is) but it was because of the bad ratio's I was giving it. I changed to an actual line of nutes and it cured in like a day.

Make sure your ph is proper as well.

Definitely check your ph first. I say potassium or magnesium deficiency. odd that one is fine and the other deficient. Always remember deficiencies have 3 immediate causes: not enough, too much causing lockout or bad ph also causing lockout.

Not sure exactly but besides checking your nute regime, check the backs of the leafs with magnifying glassfor bugs, the type that suck sap.
