One f'ing seed, what does it mean?

Ok so I harvested my first plant last Saturday. Been smoking it since Wednesday. Gone thru an ounce or so and just found one seed. Just one seed thus far, but im freaking out. The plant came out of a room that all of my other flowering plants are still in. They are all in different stages of flowering so to deal with emptying the flower room would be a bitch. So my question is, I found one seed, are the rest of my girls fucked?

First off, why are you smoking bud that hasn't been dried and cured properly? Gross. Hope you knew you were fucking up on that because you're out of weed...

Anyhow, you should definitely inspect the rest of your garden for male flowers. The plant you already harvested could have barely hermied and that's the extent of it (it happens all the time), or it could have been pollinated by a male flower from some other plant in the garden. You'll just have to check it out and see for yourself...

I've had plenty of plants growing all by themselves produce one or 2 seeds. It's not uncommon, and it's not uncommon to never find the culprit male flower. No biggie.

Ok now that you have had a bunch of useless responses I will answer your question. MJ has a survival instict. It doesnt always have to pollinated to make seeds. It happens more in the wild than in the growroom but MJ can produce a small number of seeds on its own and this mechanism is to ensure the survival of the species.

Please explain in more detail, because I thought the survival mechanism was to hermie... not to produce magical seeds without pollination.

i answered your question in your other thread, should i answer it twice? its rude to post the same question in 2 different threads. not only is it disrespectfull to the community it is direspectfull to other people that need help as well.

i post my questions only once and generally never have a problem with people giving me a timely response. so you think you too good to wait a few min for someone to get to you? i answered your question 4 minutes after you asked it. man that wait must have been brutal.

yes the wait was brutal. And come on people, were really gonna go on about multiple threads. I truly appreciate your help, but the bitchin about threads seems pretty petty. Didnt mean to be rude, please forgive me. Is there a post for the "rules" of this website?
