one fan stronger than the other

Hello.
For my tight budget project; a stealth box, I have set two pc fans. One is significantly stronger than the other. My question is: which fan should be blowing air into the pc case, and which one should be sucking out the air?

Both should be sucking air out at the top. Punch large air intakes in the bottom.

You want your out take to be stronger than your intake. This creates negative pressure, which is what we're looking for.
