One branch drooping, the rest seem fine. Ideas?

Indoors
Watering 3/4 gal every 2 days
Dirt in 5 gal bucket
Flowering (3 weeks)

Dirt feels cool and not dry but is definitely not mud by any stretch.

Any idea why one branch is drooping? Also, notice the white dots on some of the other leaves. I didn't see any bugs so possible a deficiency?

I just did some quick reading on root rot. Now I'm wondering if I wait for the flowering to complete or if I should re-pot the plant and inspect the roots. Advice?

That branch is either broken or has rot. Follow the entire branch down the stalk to where it meets the rest of the plant.

Either you find a break or you find discoloration. I hope its a break.

I didn't find a break (sadly) but I also didn't find any discoloration. I'm wondering if I should trim that branch off.
