One 400W 3 Passion#1 FiRsT GrOw o.0?

Hey Peeps, just started my first grow in the shit country that is Ireland. Obviously because i live in country that has worse rain then the rain forest i'm growing indoors. My set-up is a crawl/space slash attic, fitted with a 400 watt hps light, a 9 inch diameter extractor fan, desk fans thermometer etc. I have a total of 5 plants growing in the crawl space, (2 of which will be mothers that will be moved to another room).
3 of the ( Dutch Passion, Passion #1) are just about 6 weeks into the veg stage and are going quite nicely. They have just started branching and are feminised so no woorys on the gender. The only problem is that i'm restricted to a limited height. To tackle this i strung up some plactic fence shit across the top around a foot under the light, and at present i'm weeving them so as to train them to grow sideways as appose to up i geuss. Does this method work??

this method is called SCROG (Screen of Green). did you know about this method or just decide to chance it yourself? fair play anyhow. where abouts in ireland do you hail from. im in galway myself. great to see some more irish growers on here. keep us posted on your grow, pics would be great as im in similar conditions. need any help just ask.

Thanks man, no just thought i could train it somehow. gonna let them veg for another week or two and weeve them in and out a bit more. I'm down South aswell. I'll try and get a camera and sort out some pics for ya mate

Disaster has Struck. One of the tops of the plant have misterouslly been snapped ( probabbly a housemate ). So just wandering if i put it in water will it grow roots like a clone??. or should i leave it because it is hanging on still by a little bit, and if i do so will it grow back? Plz respond asap if ya can.. Nice one ppl..

splint and duct tape asap only way to fix that shit, keep the wound moist for a long time and it will recover, but be more fragile than ever. it might be a bit stunted from the attack. you can clone it if it hasnt flowered yet, but half a plant is a bit too much and its probably too late. btw his strain like outdoors a lot, you might want to take em out for some sun every now and then, maybe take them to the park for a picnic, eat some num nums. post pics cause i want to see what they look like indoors, they are tasty baddy daddies, grow a bit fluffy but tasty when cured properly. beautiful genetics and the more you smoke the more high you get - no plateau. Sweet man thanks for he info tried to clone it but failed misserabbly! Have the 3 in flowering now have two others, that will hopefully get to be nice bushy mothers (hopefully) being the operative word ha. Ya will defo try to get pics but u know how us stoners are...... No camera..... no pics. ill see if i can use my phone and bluetooth the shit out of it. Need ye guys to tell me wat weight to expect out my three babies. ppl g2g to the club PEACE

Story ppl. My babies are two weeks into flowering maybe 3, are are thrievin. still tryin to get around to taking some pics, and anyone know when they start turning purple??

Your babies will turn purple if they are chilly willy, like the artic breeze pushin purple durples through your buds. They probably wont be purps, just a straight green, but dont be alarmed, this is normal, and every bit as tasty. the yeild you get will be pretty good, just depends on your set-up mi amigo. dont worry about it too much, just remember that every little drop of love you put into the raising of the children will pay off in the end.

Well my friend i had to move them.. they rooted well in the pots ( not big enough pots) and watered them, and as they've rooted so much the water drained down onto the attic floor and like triped the fuse box blue out the light in the bathroom and some other crazy shit. So my landlord wanted them down, got them in my room now. Prob like 3 weeks till harvest. keep u posted bud

That is true my friend tey doing nicely now still havent found a way showing ya, thought i cud send it bluetooth to the pc cant figure it out though. got like 300 liberity caps today going to be trippin balls later. peace amigo

passion #1 grows much better out doors ive seen huge plants outdoor yeilding quite a bit over 1lb !!
