Ona Blocks/Gels or other Odor Control?

Hey guys,

I have a need to shut down my operation from time to time for 12 hrs or so. I have passive vents in my mini grow box but the fans will be off during this time. I have a feeling smells will seep out through the passive vents. My exhaust will have a carbon filter on it but during this time will be of no use. What would you recommend for odor control? I have a 1500 sqft 2 story townhouse w an open living room. There is a loft that overlooks the living room which is where the box will be most of the time...currently in a bedroom. If I use Ona Blocks/Gels, where should I place them? Would having some in the lower level vents be too much and too close to the box? I mean ultimately all of the air in the house is mixed up with the Ona scent and molecules, and this air is then pulled in through the passive vents into my box. Would having them at all cause the undesired side effects that I have read everywhere?

I have several small air purifiers which I can have right by the box.

I found a carbon filter sheet that is a replacement for a large air purifier at my local hardware store for $10. It covers up my passive vents and also prevents light from leaking in. So far the only time I can smell anything is when I open the doors. And it smells good in there!
