OMG will it never come!!!???

I ordered a new ROOR ice master from everyonedoesit.com in the and have been waiting forever....hoped for friday expecting it saturday, no show! thought for sure itll come monday! Presidents day no mail! Tuesday is almost over....cross your fingers for me guys i need that bong!

anyone bought from these people before? Experiences with them??

Well.....hopefull when it does arive it will be worth the wait. I've never ordered any pipes nor bongs online.

those bongs are beast!! i've never bought from that site but always gawk at what they got that i can't afford. they seem like a real legit site. Patience young grasshopper. haha.

i ordered from them. The first time they shipped it fedex and it was stopped by customs and confiscated. The sent another one and tried to charge me shipping but i refused (and couldn't afford) the $40 shipping they were trying to charge me again. This time I get a package but when I open it i see glass pieces of the WRONG bong (it was smashed by customs--it had the green customs tape when i got it too). So i told them what happened and they agreed to send out another free of charge and after the long ass shipping i got it. I'd say be patient, I think mine took two weeks maybe. If it's taking really long try to find a tracking number and call the post office and ask a representative about it. They may be able to tell you if it was stopped by customs or lost.

Yeah they replaced everything. If they do try to charge you anything extra just keep complaining and they'll do it for free. They are pretty good with helping people out with customs stuff and are good with customer service in that aspect but they are slow to respond to emails and it seems like the business is unorganized. But if the shipping wasn't so freaking expensive I'd maybe order from them again

I order from them like 2 years ago i got the little roor gift package with like the little blue label one. God i love that little bastard. Its mad quite a few of my friends puck and it gets me sometimes. But anyway i had now problems with them but i did get the most exspensive shipping to protect the investment. but to each his own. ROOR u just cant beat german engineering!

oh they also threw in a bunch of free shit (in pic, no not the beta fish or the weed!)! highly recomend using them! got quick email replys to my stupid Q's...also, the bong was packaged really well.
