OMG week 2 and I'm freakin out. Help!

Ok, so I recieved some WHite Satin seeds from a friend(mandalaseeds) and a starting light, nutrients and minimal equipment. Germinated, put em in rock wool. They shot up to about 2 1/2 inches, so after one week and a day I transferred them to three larger rockwool cubes.

Now, I didn't soak the cubes for 24 hours, just one hour because thats what the instructions said.(read 24 hours the next day but too late?)Ihave them chilling in my closet with an ocelating fan blowing. I have a 85watt florecent sunlight bulb about 2-3 inches above them, I also have a 400wHPS SUn system going as well because the 85w did not have reflector or ballast. Thats about 1.7 feet above the plants. (my closet is about 6x4x2.5)

I have toothpicks in each rockwool to help the plants stand because one is kinda week. I just started the fan blowing on them but is it normal for them to be kind of week at this stage still? The leaves are growing fine but I'm worried they arent getting enuf of....something. I'm working on an exhaust right now so that should help with temp.

At what point should you really watch theph levels? And what is the cheapest way to do that? If anyone has experience with deepwater systems I would appreciate any advise you have.

You have the 400w light in the same room with the 85w ?

I really think you should stop the 400w if its in a closet with no exuast. A. Way 2 HOT. B. Do they have nice roots? If they dont you dont even need the 400w in there at all the florecent bulb is good enough. Is your florecent bulbs aquarinum ( fish tank ) I find they work the best.. I know when you clone they do not like direct sun light so the 400w is to much if they dont have nice socks on them ( roots) Thats just if they are still babes if you already put it in a system then it will be differnt . What do you have them in? What time do you have them in? Are they in a tray or in dirt or hydro system?

The problem is I don't have reflector for the 85 wat. I do have an exhaust going for the light, i also have a glass shield on the light so the heat is directed through the exhaust i attached last night.Temp is runnin about 77 degrees. The only reason why I'm keeping the 85wat present is for the blue spectrum shit. Also if i do get rid of the 400watt i would lose the heat source.

I must have done something rite cause they look great now. My first time so kinda quick to panik.
