OMG Help! It's Dying Fast!

idk what to do! its been like this for about 5 days or so. it hasnt been growing. and its spreading up. the leaves go from green, bright green then yellow. ends kinda dry up and actual leaves have already fallen off. im tryin to keep it alive but i just dnt know whats wrong!!! look...

Well you need to plant that way deeper into the soil, up to the first set of leaves.

Also, get rid of that foil on the walls, all it does is create hot spots and does not reflect all that much. Let the soil dry out and water with distilled water.

Might be able to save it but not looking so good

Also, what kind of lights do you have it under?
