why bother reporting posts if you're not gonna stop yourself? can you tell me that?

i will do my part. there is an element present that has harassed unhindered with a stated mission is disruption. i am silly enough to think that because there is a 'report this post' feature that says on it "Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts." that is what it is for. then the moderator shows up to provide motivation for the disruptor by saying 'hey if you keep disrupting, im going to give you what you want and shut this thread down'. so i will do my part but.........
