Pretty much. That unit doesn't even show up on their website. Just dont buy unless you are absolutely sure you can get your money back from selling components.
Have to agree with the guys above. Your lamp is 5 years old, a google shows examples from 2013. Clearly a fitting for mounting metres up in the roof of a greenhouse. Imagine what diodes are in there. Value at scrap weight.

Definitely not worth $700 from what I can tell, but that's what they were going for.
I do gotta say however, that housing, heatsink, whatever you want to call it, I'd like to see what that MF could handle!!! Retrofit with sumthin!!!
