Wasn't from DJ, so it might be the real one.

Here's a bud shot of some Newberry. We've had mixed results on this one. It's hard to grow for some folks and it seems to react quite a bit different grower to grower. The terps are a nice blueberry syrup like that everyone wants, mixed with an underlying old schwagg like smell in the back end. Kind of odd, but that's what the smell reminds me of. High is relaxing, moderate indica like stone. Nothing special or unique about it. Glad we got to grow this one, but not sure it's worth the price of admission for those of you on the fence.

Wow this thread doesn’t get much action I was wondering if old world had a thread I’ve been wanting to ask does anyone have experience with first light or breeder pack #4 with the TK x FK crosses I haven’t popped the first light yet but the tk crosses are some vigorous monsters and theyre just starting week 3 of flower but I’m just wondering if I’ll get any fruity goodness out of them

Grew out some DJ BB this summer in a half ass effort. Super sweet berry smelling and beautiful colors on the plant. It's just in the jar but previews don't point to anything spectacular. Buds were kinda larfy but are drying to be pretty firm, light but firm. I might have chopped a little too early due to weather.

Was it worth the buck twenty for the pack of ten and a few free Flo's? Maybe, but I probably won't write home about it.

Dj Short F4 Newberry. Found is less than 15 seeds. These seeds were made some time in the early 90's. The traits your seeing in this plant were homogenized long before 99.999% of the other offerings out there. What this means is that Dj was among some of the first people, if not the first person, to introduce the traits you're looking at into the gene pool.

hi @Jd Short awesome to see what you have been up to. I got a promo pack of 5 Whitaker Blues from a friend a while back. tried to germ 3 but no luck. I know they are a couple years old and not sure they were stored properly. I didnt know about the sandpaper technique so gonna try that with the last 2 this summer. fingers crossed!

I just ordered a pack of the dj short blueberry f5 and a pack of Flo. What was the problem you had with it?
I just read a post that got deleted saying good luck with that because he most likely lost the original BB that everyone loved. It is NOT the same or even close as much as they say it is or want you to believe.
