Either ya'll are WAY steadier than I am, or something. I bought one of those Mini-Microscopes from Radio shack, and I can't hold it steady enough to see WTF is going on. I get a glimpse of the trichomes, but thats it. Right now I can see that they are for the most part clear, but I can't tell what percentage is clear.
I'm thinking that you cut a hair, and look at it stationary (on the table, like a specimen), but i thought I'd ask before cutting anything. I have already fucked up enough on my own.
Help is much appreciated.

I have one like you, and I'm too old and feeble and such be so steady. :P
I use a plain ol' magnifying glass of ten power, and a jewelers loupe (16 and 30 power.):fire::peace:

I have a loupe, but really can't see the globules, or thier structure. With this microscope, I can see 'em right up close and personal. It's really pretty cool looking, the brief glimpse i do get. Now really I want to see them under 60x or 100x!! Will I hurt anything by taking 1 hair?

No, jackass, I have Parkinsons & severe neuromuscular damage. I shake like a dog shitting prune seeds!!! Thanx all to hell for making me feel good about my disability!!!
The fact is that the tops are swaying, and I dont want to even TOUCH the buds themselves until I find out if i can hurt them doing so.
It's taking advise from folks like you seem to be that got me down to 2 plants from 6.
If ya can't be civil, just shoot yourself. Or maybe TRY and get yourself laid. You come across as a very unhappy person.

I have the same one, I actually hold it right to the bud, lol. If you leave the bottom specimen holder tray thing on it, it keeps it the perfect space away to see it on 60x. :mrgreen::peace:

Is it OK to gently touch the bud to hold it steady? I tried to see holding the stem below the bud, but no joy.

Dude, ease up, fuck. I'm basically talking about myself cause I shake bad. The comments was collected jokes. I almost ask if you was M.J. Fox., but drew the line. It CERTAINLY isn't nothing personal. It's all good. I dont really have Parkinsons OR nerve damage!!! (Gotcha!) I do, however, shake (I used to drink like a fish). Sorry, it just caught me wrong. Like I said, it's all good!

Dude, you fucked me! My deceased wife was disabled for 10 of 13 years of marriage.... Sadistic bastard. I use to drink a lot, also. That's in the past. Now days, just drink more, so when I pet my dog, I'm scratching him. I'm just relieved that you are ok. So does people really make you tote milk to get buttermilk????

Naw, they just set it in my lap! When I scratch MY dog, I just hold out my hand and he walks under it!! I got no PROB laughing at me or anything, Sorry I was touchy, Bad day. MUCH better now. I DID getcha didn't I? LOL. I am a sadistic prick, MY folks were married.

I have this headset thing with 2 magnifying plates on it. Regular & if I flip down the second glass plate, I can see a LOT of up close shit. It comes from Harbor Freight Tools.com They have a bunch of China made shit. See if you can find one, they are cheap. If I can, I'll use my knee as a support. My shit is doing the trich stuff now, but has aways to go. Some has a few seeds, I've been picking them & putting them straight into potting soil. 4 days later, they are popping up. You can gently handle the Buds, I LOVE the smell. Especially the Orange Bud, it's great for cologne around the house. Dig in your garbage & dig out all of them Family size empty bottles of Geritol. They would be perfect for curing your weed in... Oh Yeah!
