Okay. Found out whats going on. Still need advice on this.

This plant has fell over and I am picking it up and fixing it as we speak. Top pic is nutrients and bottom is pH

This is my other tall going strong no problems (yet knock on wood). Is it just the strain?? Because the one that fell down I thought would thrive better.

I feel like some seeds can just do better out of the gate. And maybe try to stabilize your PH closer to an even 6 or so.
 
I'm yet to come across one of those soil probes that is even slightly accurate, although I'm sure there are some out there. Just take its readings with a grain of salt. If you have a pH meter, you can measure soil pH accurately using a slurry test.
