Ok to use neem oil in flower?

I have 3 plants in a greenhouse that have some powdery mildew. I am asking if it is ok to use it when the plant is in flower. The closest is about 2 weeks away from finish. It has been raining for 5-6 straight days now?

Dilute potassium silicate will kill the pm and not only is it good for the plants but won't leave a taste and is easy to rinse off when harvesting. Bit of a pain to bud wash but doesn't hurt as much as losing a crop if the pm takes over.

I used some AN Rhino Skin to get rid of it once and it only took one spray.

Thank you all for the replies. I went thru a list of other options and settled on a mouthwash bath. I chose the least scented one that I could find and mixed 3 to 1 ratio. I guess that could mean I will have minty tasting weed. The worst plant is a Dwarf Low Flyer (it is a fast Auto, flowers in 6 weeks) and it is 8 weeks 5 days old. It is the second one that I grew this year and the last one was harvested at 10 weeks. This one I was going to let go to 11 weeks.

As a point of interest I am in Ontario Canada and there is a pesticide ban in effect and neem oil is under that restriction. So I just ordered on Amazon.

Been battling PM for a few weeks now and finally found huge results using organic ACV. 1 tsp per Quart of water. I did aggressive spray two days in a row and virtually all spots are gone. I'm sort of amazed.

It has been just over 24 hours since I used the mouthwash and so far the plant is clean. The greenhouse has a slight hint of mint tho. We had sun for the first time in a week.

I have wondered if PM systemic in the sense that is it like a herpes virus in a human?

For example, if I had a plant with PM and made clones from it, will the PM "virus" or pathogen be in the clone's DNA or tissues, such that the clone will be prone to expressing the PM?

I wouldnt use neem even in veg. That shit is nasty

Its a fungus, not a viroid. Not systemic.

I do not think that it would become part of the DNA of the plant due to it being an environmental issue. But I do know that some plants are more susceptible to it than others.
