Ok to mix soil?

I have half a bag of jolly gardener, half a bag of FF ocean floor. Ok to mix the two?

ALSO, do folks add perlite to FF? It appears to have some, but not enough IMHO. Thoughts?

Of course it is. And yeah it's common to add some more perlite for drainage.
