I've had the same 15" MacBook Pro since 2015. 16G ram, 500G storage, and it has NEVER froze or crashed on me. Paige is a Windows person, and when she gets on my Mac, she's lost. Im the same way with Windows.

You mean Mbps. But that's decent what you have. I have shitty DSL that's like ~7 Mbps. This is a good thread though. I've got a Roku box here but haven't messed with it yet. I think you can get the local channels through it too I find I remember right, but I'm not sure.

Megabytes, nizzlebites... whatever. 7??... That's about what we used to get with Hughesnet. Living in the country has limited options, but since T-Mobile came out with the 5G Gateway for business... we get in the 30's,.. seen it as high as 62, just depends on traffic at the moment.
