$25 for an eclipse, now that is a steal! High quality simple unit to use. Just not all that great for RSO or any other decarbed concentrate.

That's cuz theres a whole lot of glass blowers out there trying to capitalize on the BHO "explosion"... There's also a ton of way overpriced glass out there ...start off by getting yourself an oil dome attachment for your existing bong or pipe if possible... small rigs hit better for everyday use IMO but sometimes you want to put the hammer down on a fat dab & I favor the bong for this -try checking out eBay for cheapo oil rigs....
For a cheap vape pen for wax/shatter I recommend the globe style clearomizer- also found on eBay around $10 or so plus you'll need a 510 battery & charger see thread titled best vape pen ever; even though it seems many users have found better alternatives to this by converting their oil to liquid e-cannabis

Hey guys thanks for all the replies,
I did have a question. I see a lot of people use a Vac purge system. I know this can make a more "pure" bho. But is it truly necessary? For a while I thought I could just blast and then purge the material in hot water outside... would I be endangering my health more this way..?

Many frown upon this because they like their expensive vac pumps & chambers but I use a simple jelly jar and a mityvac to purge. For heat I use a small heating pad & small quantities of BHO wax can be purged in a few hours. You can purge with just heat and time but butane can take quite a long time to dissipate this way although many seem to be doing it. Mityvac purging setup costs less than $30 total, is totally silent, and uses no electricity because it's powered my hand. Pump pump pump it up!

well ill that may definitely be something to think about. Yea, I had planned on letting the butane dissipate with much time to be sure!

Picked this little guy few nites ago to finally try my first go at some wax. and WOW. ive found a new love for concentrates.

Nah, you're right, lol. But the thought of inhaling butane is kinda sketchy.
That is a beauty piece man!!
My Vape pen is actually an atmos raw knock off lol. I hate it, but hey thats what i get for bein cheap

I was put off by the idea of inhaling butane myself at first but if you purge it right it should contain less butane than if you used a regular lighter to smoke conventionally.... Yup these small rigs like that roor with an oil dome are the best to start out with... You don't need to spend $500 on a rig- just get a regular bong & an oil dome... I tried Ti nails but prefer quartz and you can find quartz nails cheap cheap online- I just got 3x pack for $18 greenbuddhashop.com

Well, I do use a butane lighter to start up my cigars. You gotta wonder about that when smoking cigars. You are giving me more confidence in it I appreciate that 
Showin me I don't have shit to worry about haha. I am def not gonna buy an expensive piece but I will get some sort of rig. I am stoked for the extraction and everything. I am a little early though. I have some autos in week 4 so we still have a while before I will be extracting, but it is soon enough to get the research and questions done!
