Im' looking to get a job growing mmj. Anyone have a details on how about a outsider should go about getting a good job in this field. Thank you, I would love to move away and become legal and bust my ass for a company looking to make it as well. Thank you for your time and wisdom . Look into starting the process to acquire your MMED and what restrictions that has. Not certain if there are instate or out of state resident restrictions or not. If you get your badge in Denver it can take a while to get because there are tons wanting their MMED and processing isn't up to the demands. They work on a lottery system with numbers unless you've been there a certain number of times then you are guaranteed a visit that day.

You need a badge. Background check issues?

If that's all good then you can get a low end job trimming or bud tending for $10/hr.

Not really any grower openings.
