I was thinking about what you said with the ph in the medium being out of whack and I decided to check it to be safe and it’s actually right where it needs to be so it’s puzzling. It’s in the 6-7 range so it has to be a calcium deficiency or calcium lockout. That explains why it looked like an iron or magnesium def. There still green and the buds are swelling but they are turning yellow very slowly on the sugar and fans and I still have seven weeks to go till harvest. You can see where it looks like a mag def but over all it’s only old fans and single sugars doing it. I believe I’m just going to flush em out real good, increase the ph .3 or.4, add only 2-8-4, and give em some cal mag in the am and hope they make it. If not there’s always new genetics to try out a random bag. Look how thick there getting.
That meter is junk man. Throw it the fack away.
You want to know soil pH buy a bluelab soil pH pen it's only about 2 bills. You can use it for liquids too.
I think you're on the right track with ph and lockout. That soil you're using is junk. It's got slow release mg ferts in it and it's likely causing you issues. Learn from this. Don't buy mg soil. Theres a reason we all use the same mediums. Coco, promix, sunshine mix, stepwell, etc
Adding more calmag is just throwing gas on the fire imo. If they can't absorb the nutrients adding more will only make things worse. Fix the underlying issue with the medium first.
