Get them out of those pots and into bigger ones with new soil. when you do look at the roots to see if they are brown or white. you need air circulation a good fan.if they are under floros then foliar feed with a chemical fertilizer containing Mn. not all fertilizer can be used for foliar feeding.

in my oppinion i would go to hydro shop buy some bat guano and give them a blast with that also flush them first them give them a nice fresh feed
