Just buy the yeast packets. 1 packet is perfect everytime. Also, use brown sugar.

does brown sugar work better? I used regular on this batch. do you know what the differences are, or is it just a prefrance?

I was told the brown sugar lasts longer. I think it may have something to do with the molasses. For that reason, i always used the dark brown sugar.
