Oh my gosh I'm loving me some gardening

Hey guys, 4 weeks veg... 32 plants, Cheese, Amnesia Haze, AK 47, blueberry...

I used Natures Care soil with a bag of perlite to every bag of soil
Hesi nutrients

2 1000 watt lights, all 32 under one in 1 gallon pots.. About to split them in half and set up my other 1000..

I'm so Fucking excited!

I went half strength on bites.. Ran into very little problems... Watered 800 MIL every other day...
Can't wait to put in 3 gallon pots and flip the switch..

Best investment was a 5000 BTU ac unit from Wally world for 140 bucks

Keeping it a nice 72 degrees with no inline exhaust needed right now.

Whatchya think my peoples?

Does anyone else just go in your room and stare at your plants for hours. I do.

Although the light is way to high for me I think he raised it for the pic...?

Not sure. See the temp monitor tied to a string. I do this as well and I have it set so I keep raising the light to where the temp monitor is right above the canopy. The string is a distance reference. At least this is my guess.

I raised it. My temp monitor is to 24 inches... Anything closer gets them into the lower 80s and they don't seem to appreciate it.
I have one Afghan plant they sent me as a freebie, it's being so Shitty. It wants the heat, but the other 31 don't, so it's about to either be culled, or it's just going to have to deal. I don't even know if it's fem, have to wait for the flip.

My problems are
I got my other 1000 a few days ago.
Plugged it in this morning...
Blew the breaker.
I have a 1000, a fan and the 5000 BTU ac unit in there...
So know I have to go buy a Fucking $75 electric cord to pop up through the floor from another part of the house...just when I thought my spending was over.
SMH.
Oh and the natures care soil really did well with the whole bag of perlite added. I don't care what anyone says, mg, or Atleast nature organic line was great. I had to do my notes at about 50 percent but I looked at it like it saved me money.
4 weeks true veg... 13 to 16 inches tall... I'm happy

And I've read the charts, but Ive just been going with distance as to what the girls tell me...seems with a 1000, any closer than 24 inches gets too hot, even with the ac blowing right at em
Also, I did 9 plants under a 600 twice.
32 under 2000...

No Brita filter is going to handle my water needs.
Nor am I buying RO water. Fuck that.
My tap water has enough chlorine to be "ideal" for swimming pools. SMH.
So I'm filling two 10 gal coolers with my hose water on my deck. 24 hours later the chlorine is gone... Than in the mask of night, I fill my gallon jugs in them. For every gallon I water 4..so it's taking about 8 gallons in 1 gallon containers... Watering is going to be the most work when I switch to 3 gallon and flip the light

How do you have that AC mounted? In a window? Is that a spare bedroom?

Hey hotrod,
I'm about to flip them, I ran out of the nitrogen nute last watering, I was going to water and transplant, flip them... Ya think I'll be OK without the nitrogen this watering and just switch to bloom nutrients?

I think you might regret going with so many plants but at the same time you’ll learn s lot more because of it.

Yep. But suggest getting some for the first feeds after flipping. They’ll need that bit of nitrogen.

140 window unit
Haven't had to hook up my exhaust from lights... Yet. Have a feeling two hps will need exhaust even with the window unit.

Man, I already regret it. Lol.
The power bill jumped from 200 to 300 when I added the window unit.
I dunno though, 16 under each 1000...hoping to yield about 4. Really will be worth it then

I grabbed some miracle grow cuz I was in a pinch...25 percent nitrogen... Says to use 1 tablespoon to a gallon.. Was thinking like a 1/4 tablespoon per gallon... Whatchya think?
