Alright I never really ever wanted to post something like this but sigh....

Last week I watered my plants with some nutes, the PPM was around 700 but more like 650 cause it had 50 from just the water. Now, they were fine and happy and chillin but 2 days ago they start yellowing, just the bottom leaves. Now if it was nute burn wouldnt it happen more like a day after getting watered?

If this is just nute burn my bad but Im just wondering why it took so long to show up? All of my other plants are totally fine this just happened to two of them.... But its only the weird bottom leaves(grown from seed) so maybe im just trippin? Ive never dealt with seed plants before.

P.S. Ignore the plant in the lower left... I just got that clone yesterday from a club and took cuttings from it right after transplanting lol so its like dying(not rly)

they look very overwatered. i dont think its nute burn because that usually starts at the tips of the leaves and not in the middle, but its hard to say for sure.

No so far theyve only seen fox farm grow big and big bloom. Heat would make sense cause i had them kinda close to my 400w. It happened when i took a bunch of clones so maybe its just heat and stress.

Okay so... Now its happening to all my plants. I haven't watered them for a while cause i agree that they looked overwatered so now WTF.

I know its normal for a plant to lose its baby leaves but all the lower leaves? They were still getting light so I dont see why they should be dying off, should I just cut them off now or leave them be?

Also i dont think its light burn because these burns are pretty new and i took the 400w MH off them yesterday, theyve been running under an 8lamp T5. If this is just a normal thing for new seed plants some reassurance would be nice.

seems like an over fert dude, your soil doesn't look over watered and seems like it could take well a flush. By looking at the girth of the leaves I can say there is/was a temp and RH issue going on.

IMO you'd benefit from flushing with Ph corrected water adding a few drops of superthrive, then when they start to bounce back and the soil dries, you can start feeding againg at half your current nute strength. Regarding ventilation, well you need to improve it.

neved got it right. Seems like you got a mag def. The rust spots are a giveaway. I ran into this my first grow which is just finishing. I added calmag at a rate of 10ml per gallon(4L) and it didn't spread after that. I think if it was heat stress the top of the plant would show signs first as it is the closest to the light.

I flushed my soil today so hopefully that fixes the problem. My temps are in the 70-80 area all the time. Sorry for being stupid but what is RH stand for? And by girth do you mean they fattness of the leaves? I thought it was strange that they were so big since most of those plants are sativas, but technically theyre all hybrids of some sort.

Also why do you say my ventilation sucks? I have 2 fans in that small 4x4 area and im supplementing with CO2 so i dont have intakes or outakes, Is there something else I should be doing?

I think i figured out what the problem was. I was looking back in my journal at the PH when i fed them nutes and I PHed them to 5.8 for hydro rather than 6.8 for soil. I just checked the water from my tap it 7 and the runoff im getting is also 7 so I think i should be good now. Hopefully...

RH stands for Relative Humidity, your temps are fine so what about RH? Are your light low enough for those fat leaves to absorb the right amount of energy? remember a the plant doesn't get what it needs, it takes it from the lower leaves.

My RH fluctuates. Some days its 20-40% other days its 40-60% low-high. Isn't that around where it should be?

I did start growing them under a 400w MH. Now they are under a 4ft 8tube T5. I noticed the newer leaves aren't as fat and kindve curl underneath themselves on the edges, I was under the assumption the plant is just dealing with getting less light. But thats only happening on my Blue Cheese and Chiesel strains. My Cheesus mothers leaves are pointing up towards the light and are just fine thank god :)

your RH is perfect. So in fact it should be what you suggested. It seems like your gonna be fine for now on. Cheers and happy grow.

Thanks man! The flush really helped but i didnt flush all of them enough it looks like so I just finished giving them a second flush, this time with a little calmag and veg nutes. Just a tiny bit because im sure flushing twice would wash out pretty much everything and it does me no good if my baby mammas are starving.

If you want you should check out my grow im gonna start vegging my clones real soon!
