Im growing out of ontario,
didnt keep any pictures from my last years grow, shoulda because they turned out beautifuly for my first grow.

Anyways im stoked for spring so i can get growing again, im just looking into seeds right now, Im thinking 5 violator kush, 5 crimea blue, and 5 pinapple chunk for this summer, ill grow in an organic soil mix and suppliment with some items from the General Organics line im thinkin.

lets keep this thread going, those michigan fuckers have been reppin an awesome thread for a long time (no offence is intended to michigan growers) I kinda feel put to shame that they have a longass thread and us Canadian dont have much.

Yo good call man. Some of the BOMBEST Erbs come outa canada man! Its so foresty and nice up here.
The kush wil be nice, i find all kush does well in canada. Well i guess anythng really does but iv done some kush really nice turn out. not the biggest yeild but i had some buddys say it was the best outdoor ever seen/or experienced.
Also good call stickin wit the organics. I have never used additional nurients other than the soil in th past. Jus rain water and sun shine. but this year i am looking into some alfalfa and russian comfrey teas. I plan on growing the alfalfa and comfrey in my garden with the tomatoes and such. Thing is idk if i will be able to harvest the alfalfa and comfrey early enough to use...

yes i plan on doing all those things when im older and living at my own place for the time being im still at home before i go to college next year so im tryin to keep it fairly simple and stealthy.

I was thinking this just the other day whether you would need to grow the alfalfa a season beforehand to use it, but im not sure what the actual beneficial part to the alfalfa is, if its just the stock or something for compost then you should be good but iff you need to harvest the fully grown grass then thats different. Also iv heard alot about Russian Comfrey and im super interested in it, im pretty sure you will be able to use it this season because if i remember correctly you dont have to wait for the plant to mature. Im stoked to follow your grow and see how it turns out, because they are things i want to try in the future

Alphalpha has alo of micro organisms when prepared properly along with comfrey. Good natural nutrients. You need to brew teas with them, iam going to try to brew them together wit like worm castings and shit i can find around at nurserys and what not. I might even get some alphalpha going in my house maybe harvest mid to late spring??

yes for our medigrow.
love the forests, they are nature's cathedrals. we've got some crazy forest on the wet coast.

i want to grow as much food as i possibly can in our garden this year, and pickle/freeze/dry as much of that food as possible.
one thing you want to avoid like the plague is fireweed. it gives off those big fluffies (like dandelion fluff on steroids) right around harvest time...

nice thanks for the insight on them, im definately alot more interested in growin them now that i know how they are beneficial, if you start the alphalpha going now you should be able to use it by late spring since it grows fairly fast. I would definately add some worm castings to that tea your plants will love it, mine responded amazingly last year when i topp dressed each plant about halfway through veg. also maybe some guano in the tea would be good too but that might be abit much, prob just best to start will alphalpha and comfrey tea to see the effect it has then maybe add some WC into the next tea
