Ain't gone lie it's some fire smoke but the yield man the yield it ain't shit you'd have to veg it for 2 months and have it under some 1000watt lights plus co2 to get 4-6oz's off one plant.

a light mover is a rail with a motor to move the light fixture back and forth -useful but not needed.
your 400w is 5" from the top of the plant? with or without a vented hood? a 400w puts out a lot of thermal heat and can burn tops if placed too close

the i have 4 plants that have been vegging through the winter gonna be quite lg i think this is only my 2nd grow. 1st one not so good.

u can do 10 plants under 1000 watt in 3 gallon pots, and 5 plants in 10 gallon pots under 1000 watts.

im going to try 3 plants this week under a 400 cool tube then move in 2 more in 2 weeks. not sure if im pussin it but i got some mothers from seed i want to sex.
