A rough way of telling is when about 80% of the pistils have turned brown and curled it. But the best way is to get up close and personal with the buds. Once those trichomes have gone from clear to mostly opaque you are good to go

Those plants aren’t even close to finished. Many weeks left. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been since they were seedlings. They aren’t done until they are done.

There autoflowers and both are severely yellowing leaves don't know how many more weeks I can pull out of them what's your estimate on finishing time

If they are yellowing they are hungry. Them being autos makes no difference. They have 4+ weeks left. It’s to early to tell. They are still actively growing buds or ripening yet:

I've been feeding them organic nutes there's not much I can do if there not taking the food
Have you checked your ph levels in the water and medium? If your ph is off you can create nutrient lockout at the roots and the plants won’t be able to uptake certain nutes

It’s like the difference between clear plastic and slightly milky. Have a look at the gallery below. Might help you find some indicators for when the time comes.

Run-off just tested seems to be around 7.2-7.3

Are you only using the balance product that’s in the link or are you using all 3 that it recommends?
Just balanced product as it says on back it can be used start to finish

Just balanced product
That’s probably your issue man. That balanced will carry you to mid flower. You need to switch to a flowering nutes, if you are keen to stick with organic living soil that link you put up for the nutes they list a ‘mega yield’, that will give the plants less n and more p and k that they need at that stage. Personally I’d brew a tea to get the nutes to the plant quicker as dry amendments can take some time to be available.

You should be running teas no need to check ph. What sort of lighting are you using as well. Low light conditions can hinder bud development. That so called super soil isn’t super at all. Next time if you get that soil again check out green bicycle and use their tea an ocean mix if you want a super easy run.

I don't know how much you've been feeding them or how often, but during mid flower is when plants are going to be consuming the most nutrients. Perhaps you haven't fed them enough for their tastes. Different plants require different nutrition to properly reach their genetic potential.
