Ofgassing

Thanks to the help of people on this site, I diagnosed my issue as offgassing. I just wanted to repost the pictures and let the people that helped know that I have kept my set up exactly the way it was, with the exception of removing the tent. The plants started getting better within days. The leafs had major yellowing, almost white on some leafs. Within days the leafs started darkening, individual leafs never fully recovered. All new growth is nice and green. The growth to the plants have been stunted, but they are alive and healthy.

I wish I could warn you not to buy this brand, but I couldn't find any brand name.

Whoa! Crazy. I hadn't heard about this for like 2-3 years.

There were some cheap ass poly tents that came out of China a few years ago. Sunhuts I think... Anyway, they plastic they made it with was all bad. Most people use Mylar covered tents now.

Yea, it was something about the poles not the canvas, the powder coating on the poles when exposed to light killed the plants.

It was before I really got into tents. I knew it was something like that.

Damn Chinese and their paint.
