Bubba, I think that's a perfect example of the spirit of this grow. You use blumats on your regular plants so I say use it here. Let us see if that works.
 
I am going to try to make arrangements for beans. Will make it more uniform also.

Do we all get together at the end and enjoy the results? I guess the judging has to be done somehow or are we just basing this off end pics?....
 
i'd be down for this, sounds like fun. it would be nice if everyone used the same genetics, and those genetics being a stable IBL to provide a more uniform plant to judge. otherwise, someone(s) may get an unwanted pheno vs the lucky one(s) who got the pheno that worked well. I would suggest an indica, as it's rootmass is much less then a sativa and more likely to survive/finish
 
I'll sit out for anyone if seed count becomes a problem, I just have wiggle room in my plant count and this would be fun to do....
