A spouse cannot be compelled to testify against their spouse, but they can do so if they choose. At least that is how I understand it.
My bet/vote is that Walt does not die in the end.
it has to tie in to the health care debate in this country..how far you will go when you are desperate..
i just wonder who the M60 and ricin is for? it seems like a war took place with Walt leaving and showing back up alone for at least what?..how many months would it take for the grass to get that high?

I don't follow your health care angle. What does that have to do with Walt? He has a pile of cash that would allow him to rip the hearts, kidneys and livers out of any third world orphan and eat them if he wanted to.
this all started because he had cancer and his health insurance wouldn't cover his treatment so he needed to get the money somewhere..

it's uses to treat cancer appears to be theoretical at this stage off the top of my head, but it's uses as a chem/bio weapon is its strong point.
